- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Rude, ignorant and I will never be spending money within your shop again. In the end I put down the drink that I just purchased, requested my money back and explained that I will not be spending money in a shop the treats its customers like that.
I will also be encouraging my staff, work colleagues and friends to do the same.
Having been spoken to rudely I asked the person behind the till (I believe this was Mintu Singh the chap who gave his own shop a 5 star review 5 months ago on google) if he was okay or if he was having a bad day. A complete lack of customer services followed. After I left the store I could hear him venting to another customer about me. I returned back into the shop and asked him what his issue was. I didn’t get a response.
It is difficult enough these days for businesses to prosper so why do people think they can behave in this way to customers?
